Strategize
The goal is to accomplish a stress-free move and for each part to go smoothly. We need a good understanding of your specific needs.
- Tell us about your space, how many rooms do you have?
- How many large and/or heavy items do you have?
- Give us a heads up of any delicate items that might break easily.
- Explain your area, and describe any obstacles such as stairs, elevators, or poor parking.
Pack and organize
While we don't offer a packing service, here's some tips on how to pack things well. The better your stuff is packed, the easier your move will be.
- Small items and appliances should be packed safely in boxes or containers.
- Glassware and anything delicate should be wrapped to protect.
- We can supply moving blankets to enclose TV's, mirrors or big pictures.
- Large appliances and furniture should be cleaned and/or emptied.
Make accessible
Our moving vans can be large and take up lots of room. Our ramps or lift gates need to be close to your entrance. Also, our team may arrive in more than one vehicle.
- Ensure a clear and close spot for our moving van for easy loading and unloading.
- If possible, please ensure extra parking space.
- Book elevators if applicable.
- Prepare easy access through doors, stairs, patios or yards.

We offer our moving service to anyone regardless of the notice given. Generally, we recommend booking your move 2-4 weeks in advance. However, we understand this is not always possible. If your last-minute move doesn't interfere with our prior bookings, we'll be happy to make things happen for you!
